Opening Ceremonies at ‘Iolani Palace (May 2) - ‘Iolani Palace welcomed hundreds of guests for a night of romance and music fit for royalty. Couples renewed their vows, the winner of the Most Romantic Man in Hawaii contest was announced, and love songs filled the air... all under a star-filled Hawaiian sky.

International Music Night (May 4) – It was virtually a United Nations of musical artists as concert-goers enjoyed performances from around the globe, including Latin music superstar Sergio Mendes, popular Filipino entertainer Martin Nievera, Hawaiian songstress Amy Hanaiali’i and ‘ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro.

Romantic Night at the Movies (May 5) - 'Gone with the Wind' cast member Ann Rutherford and film historian Nick Clooney entertained a Q&A session with movie-goers as they relived the grandeur of the epic love story at the historic Hawaii Theatre.

Dancing with the Stars: Hawaiian Style (May 6) - Local celebrities put their dancing shoes on and helped to raise more than $5,000 for the Hawaii Arts Alliance. Lt. Gov. James “Duke” Aiona and Festival waltzed away from The Royal Hawaiian’s Monarch Room as the evening’s most popular dancers, winning the Fred and Ginger Awards.

Most Romantic Songs Ever Written - Part 2 (May 7 & 8) – Tony Award-winner Brian Stokes Mitchell brought the audience to their feet with his renditions of this year’s most romantic songs. Anita Hall, Glenn Medeiros, Afatia, and Jimmy Borges were among the local artists that graced the stage at the Hawaii Theatre to celebrate songs dedicated to love.

It’s Pink Night at The Royal (May 12) – Following a delectable dinner in the Monarch Room, 300 guests joined over 1,000 other fans packed into The Royal Hawaiian’s Coconut Grove to listen and dance to the sounds of 70s and 80s superstar and Grammy Award-winner Boz Scaggs. The evening was a benefit to support breast cancer programs at the Queen’s Cancer Center at Queen’s Medical Center.
