The next LUNAR eclipse in Hawai‘i will be on April 14th, 2014.

The peak of the eclipse is early evening
and 100% of the moon will be blocked.
Pending weather, it should be visible all across North America,
when the moon is at full wax (and a blood moon).

The moon will rising in the East about the time of sunset.

The last solar eclipse in Hawai‘i was on May 9th, 2013.
Hawai‘i was the only state to see the 1st solar eclipse of 2013.
The peak of the eclipse (2:23-5:01) was at 3:48
and 44% of the sun is blocked by the moon.
